We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days of placement. Estimated delivery times typically range from 2 to 7+ business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times may be extended during busy periods or times of high demand. Transit time is determined by the order's contents and final destination.

Below are typical delivery estimates, though they are approximate and may not account for potential disruptions or delays: VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD, TAS, and SA have an estimated delivery time of 2-4 business days, while regional QLD, WA, and NT are estimated at 3-7 business days.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. Smaller items will generally be shipped via Australia Post, while larger parcels will be delivered through Direct Freight Express. Please note that delivery to Post Office Boxes and Parcel Collect locations is unavailable.

FAQ

Do you ship to locations not listed above?

At this stage, we do not offer shipping to any locations outside of the regions we currently serve. Our shipping is focused on select regions within Australia, the USA, and Europe/UK to ensure we provide reliable and timely deliveries.

This means we are not able to ship to destinations such as Canada, New Zealand, or other locations not listed in our shipping zones. We regularly review our shipping policies and may expand to additional countries in the future, but for now, we are focusing on the regions mentioned above.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Due to courier restrictions, we are can't guarantee delivery to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address during checkout to ensure there are no delays with your delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and visiting the 'Orders' section.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate address changes only if your order has not yet been shipped. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to redirect it.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer an option for order pickup. All purchases are shipped from local warehouses directly to your address.

We do not have a showroom. Our business operates exclusively online, which allows us to offer a wide selection of products with detailed descriptions and images on our website.
